Request for Bids for Constructing New Town Hall

The Town of Winfield will accept bids for constructing a new town hall.  Including:

1. Concrete slab on grade and sidewalks.
2. 3,000 gallon holding tank installed with alarm.
3. Well and pressure system installed
4. LP siding with aluminum soffit and facia, labor only.
5. Building electrical, outside electrical, and service.
6. Furnace with A/C including all duct work.
7. Drywall installed per code.
8. Blacktop parking lot and striping.
9. Gravel.

Sealed bids should be submitted to the town board before 7 p.m. on 5/19/26.  The bid may be mailed to:  Town of Winfield, E6274 Bass Road, Reedsburg, WI 53959.  Bids to be opened after 7 p.m. on 5/19/26 at the Reedsburg Outdoor Club.  Board may reject or disregard any and all bids.  The Town of Winfield Responsible Bidder Ordinance 2023-1 is in effect.
