Sauk County adopted a new Hazard Mitigation Plan.  This plan will be reviewed with Town of Winfield residents on Tuesday, October 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Winfield Town Hall.  The plan addresses the four phases of emergency management:  mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
